To ensure everyone has a clearer direction for the year ahead, the Baoxi team hosted the "Baoxi International 2019 Fourth Partnership Signing Ceremony" on March 15 in Hangzhou.

Mr. Qin Weiguo, Chairman of Shanghai Baoxi Apparel Co., Ltd., delivered an engaging keynote speech, reflecting on the achievements and challenges of the first three iterations of the Partnership Program from 2016 to 2018, while also outlining Baoxi Partners’ ambitious new development plan for 2019. During the event, Mr. Qin unveiled the 2019 Partnership System and investment framework, designed to safeguard employees’ interests while empowering them to confidently pursue their dreams, embrace innovation, and grow alongside Baoxi International as they move toward a promising future.
Nothing is more exhilarating, exciting, and heartwarming than seeing your own hard work, dedication, and efforts rewarded with recognition. At this meeting, Mr. Qin Weiguo presented partnership certificates and shared the 2018 profit-sharing bonuses to over 40 outstanding partners, encouraging them to continuously strengthen their stores' core competitiveness and drive stronger business performance. This dividend ceremony not only validates and inspires Baoxi International’s ongoing "Partnership Program," but also underscores the company’s vision of "building a dream platform that empowers more aspiring individuals to turn their dreams into reality." It further reflects Baoxi International’s core values—respect, joy, gratitude, trust, altruism, and mutual success—ensuring that employees and the company alike can collectively share in the wealth generated through partnership-driven growth.
At the conference venue, Baoxi International launched its fourth round of partner recruitment and held a signing ceremony, during which 70 employees officially signed letters of intent to become partners. Together with General Manager Qin, General Manager Qu, and all 70 aspiring partners, they engraved their shared aspirations onto Baoxi International’s iconic tree, eagerly looking forward to 2019—when change begins with each of us. They’re determined to secure annual dividends, embrace a broader vision for their futures, and steadily move closer to realizing their dreams, one step at a time.
